Events outside of the Bay Area may require an additional travel fee depending on location and project scope.

Yes—a deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning your experience.
Because many of our experiences are customized to the event, bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger activations, corporate events, weddings, and custom-built experiences.
Lead times can vary depending on the scope of the project, but earlier booking allows more time for planning, customization, and production.
